Patrick started with Harrington Law LLC in August 2007 after graduating from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ. His practice primarily focuses on transactional law, specifically advising clients on all types of real estate and business transactions. He also engages in estate planning and administration.
The legal matters that Patrick works on vary in size and complexity. In the real estate field such matters can range from the sale and purchase of local residential properties, to the development, leasing and financing of multi-million dollar facilities. In his estate planning practice he routinely prepares simple wills and powers of attorney for individuals and married couples, but also advises high net worth families owning significant closely held businesses on more sophisticated estate and tax planning issues.
As a 4th generation member of the firm, Patrick is also responsible for the law firm’s day to day management.
Patrick is very involved with the local Champaign / Urbana community. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, is a Rotarian with Champaign Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Champaign Parks Foundation.
Patrick enjoys spending time away from his legal practice with his daughter, Olivia.
