Jeffrey focuses his practice on commercial real estate and business services. He offers practical legal counsel and representation, including to national real estate developers and major institutional investors with large multi-state real estate portfolios. His experience allows him to guide clients navigating property acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales, and his deep understanding of service and IT contracting allows him to assist with all stages of their operations.
In addition to complex commercial transactions, Jeffrey also enjoys working with small businesses and individual to protect their interests and facilitate their growth. From for entity formation, business operation, and estate planning through estate management, he engages with his clients to understand their unique needs and provide unique legal solutions tailored to address their concerns.
Jeffrey’s well-rounded advice is informed by his litigation experience, where he represented individual and corporate clients in disputes ranging from real estate ownership to contract breaches and probate disputes, and on expertise he gained as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 500 technology company in Chicago.
