Andrew has been an attorney with Harrington Law LLC since November 2010, and is a 4th generation partner of the law firm. Andrew’s legal practice focuses primarily on complex industrial and commercial real estate transactions, including being directly involved with the leasing and development of more than 30 million square feet of industrial real estate space. He has also successfully negotiated hundreds of commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients who own or lease commercial properties located throughout the Champaign-Urbana community. His practice also includes residential real estate transactions, real estate tax appeals, business formation, contract drafting and review, construction law and corporate law.
Born and raised in Champaign-Urbana, Andrew is a graduate of Champaign Central High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marquette University, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.
Andrew is an active school-based mentor as part of the CU One-to-One mentoring program and has previously served as a “Big Brother” and mentor with the Champaign County Big Brothers Big Sisters for a number of years. Recently, Andrew and Harrington Law have teamed up with notable University of Illinois football student athletes through various charitable endeavors benefiting the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club and The Salvation Army to name a few. Andrew enjoys running outside, listening to live music, or watching the latest Fighting Illini athletic season. His wife, Emily, also a native of Champaign, and their two sons, Fletcher and Nolan accompany him along the way.
