Andrea has a national practice focused on the representation of borrowers, lenders, purchasers, and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. She regularly represents clients in their financing of large commercial mortgage loans secured by industrial properties, office buildings, and shopping centers, as well as clients who are purchasing and selling such properties. Her extensive experience includes the representation of a rating agency and loan servicers in connection with the servicing of securitized loans. After several years of private practice as a corporate lawyer, Andrea practiced commercial real estate law at Dechert LLP and was most recently a partner at Kroll McNamara Evans & Delehanty, LLP. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and joined the Firm in 2023.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School. Outside of the office, Andrea is an avid skier and an active fundraiser as a member of the Komen Leadership Board of Connecticut.
