Jeffrey’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. He has performed due diligence for multimillion dollar acquisitions around the country, including title and contract examination, and has drafted related sale, lease, and other agreements.
Jeffrey also enjoys assisting his individual clients with formation and operation of their businesses, acquiring or transferring real estate, and estate planning including wills, trusts, and business succession.
His experiences include litigating on a wide range of topics, on behalf of individual and corporate clients here in central Illinois, and assessing risk and negotiating contracts as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 500 technology company in Chicago.
Jeffrey and his family have lived in Champaign-Urbana since 2005.
